User and Onboarding Policy
Account or trading access is conditional and begins only after AYOV confirms eligibility.
Required information
Applicants provide accurate identity, beneficial ownership, authority, source-of-funds or wealth information where applicable, wallet-control evidence and jurisdictional representations.
Ongoing duty
Users must keep information current, protect credentials, use approved wallets and promptly report compromise, sanctions exposure, ownership change or unauthorized activity.
Prohibited users
AYOV does not onboard U.S. persons or persons located in the United States, sanctioned or prohibited persons, anonymous applicants, or persons using nominees or intermediaries to evade controls.
Suspension and termination
AYOV may refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate access where onboarding is incomplete, information is misleading, risk changes, a legal restriction applies or platform integrity is threatened.
