Website and Platform Terms
These terms govern access to AYOV Capital Management websites, the AYOV Digital Assets platform and related information services.
Eligibility and geographic restrictions
The platform is intended only for eligible persons in permitted jurisdictions. It is not directed to U.S. persons or persons located in the United States. Access does not create a client, fiduciary, custody, advisory or redemption relationship.
No offer or securities representation
Information is general and is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation or representation that a token is not a security or other regulated instrument. Classification and availability depend on facts, jurisdiction and definitive documentation.
Digital-asset risks
Tokens, commodities, gemstones and strategic materials can be volatile, illiquid, difficult to value and subject to technology, custody, counterparty, legal and total-loss risk.
Acceptable use
Users must not evade access restrictions, manipulate markets, introduce malicious code, misrepresent identity or authority, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Changes and suspension
AYOV may correct information, restrict access, pause services or change these terms. On-chain actions remain governed by the relevant contract and authorized control process.

The website is operated by Blockrhino Management Ltd. dba AYOV Capital Management. Obtain independent legal, tax and investment advice before participating.
